研究方向:
功能型纳米复合材料的合成以及针对于有毒有害气体实时监测的传感器的设计与开发;
针对各种有毒有害易燃易爆气体的特性,例如一氧化碳、二氧化硫、甲烷、硫化氢等,进行功能性材料的研发,可以实现对特定气体的定性定量检测;
根据传感器的实际应用条件,对半导体传感材料进行改性研究;
MEMS传感器的开发与性能测试。
